Services given to all the students of the College in all respects are very efficiently given. All the staff members in the administrative section are wel qualified and trained. In order to give better & better services to the staff & Students the Managemet and College authotieies have given full support  for computerization of existing work.  

In order to maintain the accounts of all the units updated & proper the latest computerized system (Tally 9 Gold) has been used since 2002, The master database has been maintained so far as the college Staff members are concerned. Self developed Excel based Pay Roll system, tax calculations are also made properly and in time. Students Database Management System (Vriddhi) has also been installed to give fast and proper services to students of all units.  Major Services given to the Students of our College are 

• Admissions to the fresheres viz, XI the Class & First Year Students of Senior  and Post Graduate Courses strictly on the basis of Merit and by observing rules and regulations of Government and University in this behalf.
  
  
• Principal’s Address and Information lectures are arranged for such students so as to give them the information about the college as a whole and administrative procedures in particular. We also make them aware of the discipline maintained in the college how to behave as a student in the college premises etc.
  
  
• Make available the documents required for them as and when they are required such as T.C., Bonafide Certificate, First Attempt Certificate, Sports Cerfificates, documents required for migration Certificate, Estimates of Fess required for Education loans, Transcripts for students wishing to apply for higher education in other countries etc. 
  
  
• Accept from all types of Scholarships, Freeships & Concession forms from all the eligible students. Prepare the Proposals & Bills for claiming such Scholarship amounts from the respective authorities and provide prompt services regarding payments on receipt of such amount from the concerned authority. To make follow up for payments for those students who have left the college.
  
  
• Certification of documents of students (True Copies)
  
  Providing all types of concessions for traveling vix. Local Rly Concessions, Bus Pass Concessions, Vacation (Railway/Bus) pass for students going to home town during vacation. We also provide Air Concessions to students who wish to go by air. We also provide group concessions mainly Rly concession for the students arranging Educational Tours& visits to long distance situated areas in India.  
  
  
• We provide special arrangements to complete the process in time : mainly Examination Forms filling (University/College/HSC Board Examinations) Filling of Eligibility Forms. To avoid the coufusion for filling details in the complicated forms (HSC/Eligibility etc) we arrange information lecture and give sample illustration so as to save the time of students and staff as wel.
  
  
• We conduct various College examinations, Unit Tests, Internal Examinations, Practical examinations etc on the basis of University or HSC Board pattern so that students should get acquainted with the Final Examinations of either University or Board.
