College is having Grant & Non Grant Courses and Staff appointed on grantable and non-grant units as wel. We try our best to give maximum & prompt services to all the staff members of our college. 

Recruitment process for staff irrespective of Teaching & Non-teaching we observe Strictly all the rules and regulations framed in this behalf by the Government of Maharashtra, UGC  and University of Pune. 

On joining to the institute the record is maintained properly (Personal File, Service Books etc) we also try our best to keep the record updated. The Pay and allowances are paid as per the rules. The Statutory deductions are also made from the salary viz Income Tax, Profesional tax LIC, Group Insurance etc. The Statutory provisions regarding such deductions are also observed. We also provide all necessary documents to staff as and when required for the betterment of staff and are as per the rules. We also encourage our  Teaching & Non-teaching Staff to attend Various Seminars & Workshops to improve knowledge and skill such as Tally Course, First Aid, Exminations etc. We also submit the pension cases, Provident Fund Claims, Insurance Claims etc on retirement of the Staff.
